Ahmed Moustafa Reda is an Egyptian American performing artist born in Alexandria, Egypt. His journey in the performing arts began in 2006 when he joined a theatre group in Alexandria, where he honed his stage performance skills. In 2013, Ahmed moved to Cairo to study Performing Arts at Hosabeer Theatre, marking the start of his professional career. His first television role came in 2014 when he joined Ali Edris’s TV show, “Tofahat Adam.”
In 2015, Ahmed expanded his education by studying Acting for Film at the Take One Cinema Workshop in Cairo. In pursuit of his dream to become a professional actor in the United States, he relocated in 2016. His breakthrough in American cinema occurred in 2017 with a role in the New York Film Academy’s short film "Play with Fire."
In 2025, Ahmed graduated from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA) with a degree in Theatre. His dedication to his craft is evident in his extensive experience, including notable performances in productions such as Julius Caesar at The Academy of Arts in Cairo, Goodbye Hamlet at Hosabeer Theatre, and Intimate Apparel, Urinetown, The Tempest, Antigone, Measure for Measure, and The Method Gun at MCLA Theatre. Ahmed's passion and commitment to the performing arts continue to drive him as he embarks on new artistic endeavors.
